About us

Mate & Mutt is a small online store for people who share their home with a furry mate.

We sell a few simple tools for shed fur: a reusable roller for fabric, a self-cleaning slicker brush, a detailer for carpet and silicone bath gloves.

Who runs it

Mate & Mutt is run by ELOO TECHNOLOGIES, a registered business in Malaysia. We sell to customers in Australia.

How your order gets to you

We don't hold stock in Australia. Orders are sent from our international fulfilment partner, so delivery is slower than a local store. Shipping is free and tracked. Allow 8–17 business days door to door: 1–3 to process, then usually 7–14 in transit. Remote areas and peak periods (November–January) can take longer.

What we promise

Every product has our 30-Day Fur-Free Guarantee. If it doesn't work on your pet's hair, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. No return needed. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We're new

We're a new store, so you won't see a wall of reviews here yet. When customers leave reviews, we'll show them as they are.
