Where your order ships from

Mate & Mutt products are sent from our international fulfilment partner, not from a warehouse in Australia. That's how we keep prices low.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: usually 7–14 business days after dispatch
• Remote or rural areas and peak periods (November–January) can take longer.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show movement after dispatch. That's normal.

If it hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Your choice.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you pay the reshipping cost.

Prices are in AUD and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
